Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Hardware Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating and developing high-quality hardware components for industrial and automotive applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative hardware designs that meet or exceed customer requirements
  • Develop detailed design specifications, technical documentation, and testing procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment and efficient project execution
  • Analyze and troubleshoot design issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware design, development, and testing
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality hardware components on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of electronics design principles, including circuit analysis and simulation
  • Familiarity with CAD tools, such as Altium, and PCB layout software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with embedded systems and real-time operating systems
  • Familiarity with vehicle bus communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
  • Knowledge of thermal management and EMI/EMC design principles
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as C, C++, or Python

Note: The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hardware design and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
