  • Configure and tune systems for ultra-low latency, including CPU isolation, NUMA balancing, and huge pages
  • Design and manage HA cluster setup, ensuring precise time synchronization across trading servers using NTP/PTP
  • Leverage kernel bypass technologies like Solar flare to optimize network throughput
  • Collaborate with networking and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance
Ideal Background:
  • At least 8 years of experience in Linux system administration, with deep expertise in RHEL
  • Experience in low-latency system design, especially for financial services or trading platforms
  • Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, KVM) and monitoring tools like Grafana
  • Scripting skills (Bash, Python or Ansible)
  • Certifications like RHCE, RHCA, or equivalent is highly preferred
  • Exposure to ITIL practices and change management workflows
  • Ability to work under pressure in a 24x7 mission-critical environment
