This role involves identifying and engaging finance decision-makers at mid-sized enterprise companies to generate qualified leads. Key responsibilities include prospecting into target accounts, responding to inbound interest, and understanding the company's product offering to communicate its value.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect into target accounts via email, cold calls, and other outbound tactics to generate qualified leads.
- Respond to and qualify inbound interest, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment with ideal customer profiles.
- Understand our product offering and communicate its value to CFOs, Controllers, and finance teams.
- Book discovery calls and product demos for sales teams, passing qualified opportunities through the pipeline.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to align outreach with campaigns, content, and personas.
- Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in CRM.
- Continuously test and improve messaging, cadences, and outreach strategies based on conversion data.
- 1–3 years of experience in a B2B SDR, business development, or inside sales role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clear KPIs.
- Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within a high-performance sales team.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Hubspot, Zoominfo, and other sales tools.
