Job Title: Career Accelerator

We are seeking a Career Accelerator to assist in the development of strategic product plans, manage laboratory inventory, and participate in training and professional development.

• Evaluate literature and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for formulation development strategies and conduct trials accordingly.
• Comply with domestic and international market regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory inventory and perform equipment calibration.
• Compile stability data periodically and discuss with scientists for evaluation and planning further project development.
• Participate in training sessions based on identified needs and attend seminars for technical knowledge updates.
• Collaborate with departmental teams including packaging development, research, regulatory, biotechnology, production, and chemical R&D on a daily basis and perform other assignments as required.
