Executive - Project Management Office (PMO)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive - Project Management Office (PMO) professional to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the delivery team to identify new demands and manage project execution-related operational matters, including invoicing, contract renewals, statement of work and pricing exercises for new deals/amendments, timesheet management, workflow management, etc.
  • Coordinate with talent acquisition teams to facilitate recruitment and hiring of new employees.
  • Track and maintain high-level dashboards with accuracy.
  • Chair semi-weekly/weekly calls with stakeholders and publish meeting minutes and status reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all operations-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Drive and support business decisions and compliance.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate proven ability to work collaboratively with others.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office, especially excel, word, and powerpoint.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-3 years experience in pmo.
  • Must have experience working with it services companies.
