Gen AI Developer - Building the Future of Intelligent Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Gen AI developer to join our team in building cutting-edge AI-powered applications. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, enabling accurate, reliable, and contextual responses using generative AI and curated datasets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing RAG-based workflows to understand data contextually and create value from diverse sources.
  • Integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with vector databases and retrieval systems for efficient information retrieval.
  • Preprocessing, cleaning, and structuring documents, research papers, and datasets for seamless integration with AI models.
  • Collaborating with data scientists and domain experts to fine-tune AI models for Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Building prototypes and proof-of-concept apps demonstrating Gen AI-powered query resolution.
  • Evaluating and testing AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and safety.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts and LLM architectures.
  • Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector embeddings, and tools like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
  • Programming knowledge in Python and experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Awareness of ethical considerations and data sensitivity in medical applications.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
