We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Compliance Manager at our financial institution.
Key Responsibilities:- To ensure timely submission of returns to regulatory bodies, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- To conduct thorough AML transaction monitoring and review Risk Categorization of customers, identifying potential risks and taking necessary action.
- To assist in compliance reviews and monitoring across various departments, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing risk exposure.
- To handle communications with regulatory authorities, providing accurate and timely information as required.
- To assist in preparing Management Information Systems (MIS) and dashboards for senior management, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
