Senior Product Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to drive product innovation, collaborate with departments, and develop user-centered design solutions.

  • Product Innovation & Ownership:
    • Collaborate with all departments to innovate and build products that meet customer needs.
    • Take ownership of all design elements for different business units.
  • User Experience (UX) Leadership:
    • Drive the creation of a world-class user experience by applying UX standards and usability heuristics.
  • Research & Ideation:
    • Participate in research and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and solutions.
  • End-to-end Product Development:
    • Have proven experience in shipping multiple impactful products from conception to completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 5-10 years of product design experience, with a focus on software products.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Skilled in using design software such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Collaboration:
    • Experience working on a SaaS product within a cross-functional, agile team.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to present ideas to key stakeholders.
  • Education:
    • A Bachelor's degree in HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), UX, or Product Design is preferred. A UX certification with relevant work experience is also acceptable.
