Occupational Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled occupational therapist to provide at-home therapy sessions for clients. The role is freelance-based, with session timings mutually agreed upon based on your availability and the family's needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct 1:1 occupational therapy sessions at the client's home
- Assess the child's functional needs and develop personalized therapy goals
- Create engaging activities to support motor, sensory, and daily living skills
- Maintain session records and share progress updates with the team
- Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child's care, if needed
- Communicate respectfully with families and support them in implementing therapy strategies at home
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (AIOTA certification required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in home environments
Candidates may be invited to conduct a demo session at the child's home. This will be a paid session, with compensation discussed in advance to cover travel and time.
Compensation:A per-session rate will be determined based on experience and availability
