The Graphic Artist/3D Visualizer will work with clients to develop and produce concepts and graphics to communicate projects through high-quality images and real-time rendering output.

Key Responsibilities:

Proficiency in industry software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, and Photoshop is essential. The candidate must demonstrate strong knowledge and practical experience in real-time rendering software including:

  • Lumion
  • Unreal Engine
  • Blender
  • Twin motion

Responsibilities

  • Technical understanding of composition tools and digital workflows is required.
  • A keen eye for art, lighting, composition, and imagery is essential.
  • Quality work must be delivered within deadlines under pressure.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills are necessary.
  • Maintaining self-organization, passion, and energy in work approach is crucial.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop.
  • Experienced in creating workflows for real-time rendering software.
  • Degree/Diploma in Visualization, Architecture, or equivalent technical field from an accredited institute.
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a professional creative environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD.
  • Ability to interpret and model from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations.
  • Skilled in photorealistic rendering and visualization techniques.
  • High professional integrity, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaborative and proactive work ethic.
  • Ability to explore and adopt new technologies (hardware/software) to improve quality, efficiency, and expand visualization capabilities.
