Are you a highly skilled WordPress developer seeking a new challenge? We are looking for an experienced professional to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating Figma designs into functional WordPress websites that meet the highest standards of performance, usability, and design accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Design Implementation: Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive WordPress builds that meet client expectations.
  • Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure all websites are compatible with multiple browsers and devices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team to discuss project requirements, clarify tasks, and deliver on timelines.
  • Deployment and Troubleshooting: Manage deployments (staging → production), troubleshoot hosting/DNS/SSL issues, and ensure smooth launches.
  • Debugging and Testing: Debug, test, and fix errors efficiently while maintaining clean, modular code.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Plugin and Integration Management: Work with plugins, integrations, and occasional custom development (PHP/MySQL, APIs).
Requirements & Skills
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, native-level English for clear communication, and ability to work effectively in a small team.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency with WordPress, Figma, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, MySQL, and experience with page builders.
  • Design and UX Awareness: Ability to translate Figma designs into clean, functional builds, basic understanding of UX principles, and attention to detail.
