Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at Gallagher Service Center LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in business intelligence, with a focus on MS Power BI, MS Azure SQL Database, and ETL packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust business intelligence solutions using MS Power BI.
  • Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Design and implement ETL packages using Visual Studio or Informatica to extract, transform, and load data.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Manage and maintain MS Azure SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Review and validate customer data to maintain data quality and accuracy.
  • Cooperate with the IT department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that support big data initiatives.
  • Monitor analytics and metrics results to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement new data analysis methodologies to enhance insights and decision-making.
  • Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of experience in business intelligence development.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Azure SQL Database.
  • Experience with ETL packages using Visual Studio or Informatica.
  • Strong data analysis and business analysis skills.
  • Database management and reporting skills (SQL and MS Azure SQL).
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
