Our company is seeking a skilled Release Management and DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing software releases across multiple environments.

  • Maintain release calendars and coordinate with stakeholders for alignment.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage software releases across multiple environments.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of releases with minimal disruption.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Release Management and DevOps initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

The key responsibilities of this role include:


  • Act as a liaison between development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.
  • Facilitate release readiness meetings and post-release reviews.
  • Resolve conflicts and dependencies across teams to ensure smooth delivery.

We require the following skills and qualifications:

Skillset:


  • 7+ years of experience in Release Management and DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile processes.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, Groovy).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git), ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow), and monitoring tools.

Preferred qualifications include certifications in DevOps & Agile methodologies, experience in regulated industries, and familiarity with security and compliance standards in release processes.
