Software Quality Assurance Specialist Job Description

SDET – QA Specialist job involves developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium, leveraging scripting languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure efficient testing of applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion and Financials.
  • Hands-on functional testing experience with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion and Financials.
  • Analyze and improve existing test automation strategies and processes to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to define efficient methods for creating test automation frameworks.
  • Evaluate continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to include automated testing and ensure seamless delivery.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation with 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead driving improvements.
  • Mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, Mobile and APIs.
  • Proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scriptless automation tools including Tosca, Test Complete, Robot Framework.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
