We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional with 5+ years of experience in test automation and quality assurance, specifically within the Banking domain. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Selenium with Java, API Testing, and BDD/Cucumber framework, with additional expertise in database testing and file handling.

This is a challenging role where you will play a key part in ensuring product quality by developing and maintaining automation strategies, executing test cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts ensuring end-to-end test coverage.
  • Perform continuous testing across security, API, regression, and functional test suites.
  • Develop automation strategies and frameworks (BDD/Cucumber) to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Support test data management, environment setup, and test execution.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify, log, and resolve defects.
  • Participate in code reviews, monitor testing outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must have strong hands-on experience in Selenium with Java, API Testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI, and strong experience in BDD/Cucumber framework implementation.
  • Proven experience in Banking domain projects is mandatory.
  • Database testing and file handling expertise is required.

Familiarity with automation tools such as Cypress or Playwright, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) is desirable.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field is necessary.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role.
