Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process for B2B SaaS products, focusing on healthcare and insurance solutions.">
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.">
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and drive product innovation.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide design recommendations.">
  • Create clear documentation to support cross-functional collaboration and design handoffs.">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.">

Requirements

">
  • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a proven track record of delivering successful designs.">
  • Hands-on experience designing for healthcare/insurance projects (US healthcare experience is a strong plus).">
  • Background in B2B SaaS with exposure to complex products, dashboards, and workflows.">
  • Strong skills in secondary research, information architecture, and design documentation.">
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team communication skills.">
