Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounting professional to perform various financial tasks.

Maintaining accurate financial records, performing bank reconciliations, and preparing financial statements are key responsibilities of this role.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, experience with accounting software, and proficiency in MS Excel and other financial reporting tools.

  • Bank Reconciliation:
    • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled in a timely manner.
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records.
  • Accounting Entries & Record Keeping:
    • Process journal entries, accruals, and adjustments to maintain accurate financial records.
    • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
    • Ensure timely posting of transactions in the accounting system.
    • Prepare and verify general ledger balances.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance:
    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Ad-hoc Financial Tasks:
    • Address any urgent financial or accounting queries as required.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for financial matters.
  • General Accounting & Support Functions:
    • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
    Required Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management.

  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
