This position will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce platform through comprehensive testing and validation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and architecture, as well as hands-on experience with Provar or equivalent test automation tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate Salesforce functionality.
  • Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing across various Salesforce modules and integrations.
  • Document test scenarios, test results, and defects accurately and comprehensively.
  • Ensure thorough test coverage and adherence to quality assurance best practices.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure testability.
  • Identify, track, and report defects using appropriate tools and processes.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact after changes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce QA testing.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and architecture.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with Provar (or an equivalent Salesforce test automation tool).
  • Solid foundation in Salesforce administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with end-to-end testing.
  • Experience documenting test scenarios.
