We are seeking a Process Developer to join our team in the Accounts Payable department. As a Process Developer, you will play a critical role in processing vendor invoices accurately and responding to queries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices, providing resolutions for any discrepancies and releasing payments accordingly.
  • Accounts Payable Concepts: Articulate and demonstrate basic accounts payable process concepts, including 3-way matching, PO, non-PO, and GRN.
  • India AP Experience: Understand the nuances of India's accounts payable processes, including import invoice processing, Bill of Entry, packing lists, and tax deductions.
  • Tax Compliance: Be aware of TDS applicable on service expenses incurred in foreign currency and GST requirements, including intra-state, inter-state, state, and central components.
  • Vendor Query Resolution: Resolve all vendor queries and requests via email or tickets within agreed-upon SLAs.
  • Invoice Validation: Review and validate essential elements of valid invoices, including supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number, and date.
  • Exception Management: Maintain a tracker of exceptions and ensure invoices and queries are balanced based on the exception tracker.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Experience: Meaningful work experience
  • Language Skills: Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
