Job Opportunity: Centralized Document Management Expert

The company is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the implementation of a centralized document management system across the organization.


This role involves defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure system alignment with business needs.


The successful candidate will develop implementation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones, ensuring successful system migration from legacy platforms.


Responsibilities include operating and maintaining a document management system for the effective updating/removal of any obsolete documentation, providing ongoing support to end-users, addressing system issues, troubleshooting, and resolving user inquiries.


The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in document management, strong technical proficiency and expertise in document management systems, excellent project management skills, and solid understanding of document management workflows, information governance, compliance frameworks, and data security.


Additionally, this role requires familiarity with document imaging technologies and concepts, experience in change management and end-user training, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


System performance evaluations and implementing strategies to optimize system efficiency and user experience are also key responsibilities of this role.


Furthermore, the Global Document Management Lead will work closely with IT teams and vendors to evaluate and implement system upgrades and integrations, ensuring that all documents are under configuration control and available to necessary personnel.
