AI Native Software Developer

Develop cutting-edge AI-native software solutions that enhance creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and evaluate AI-enabled products using recent developments in foundation models.
  • Build high-performance Search and RAG systems, including data indexing, ranking, and query processing.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance, taking a polyglot approach to working with LLMs.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, proficient in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Has a strong background in either distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience with distributed computing frameworks like Ray.
  • Can experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, with experience in technologies such as Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
  • Has demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, building RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems.
