Job Title: Frontend Technical Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Technical Lead to spearhead the design and development of our SaaS platform's frontend architecture. This is a high-profile opportunity for an expert in building fast, lightweight, and scalable UIs that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and implementation of frontend solutions, ensuring a smooth user experience across devices.
  • Monitor and optimize performance to guarantee the platform remains lightweight and responsive under high traffic conditions.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code adhering to best practices in frontend development, with comprehensive unit tests for all functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver features that exceed user expectations.
  • Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and trends, introducing innovative ideas to enhance the product and development processes.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and fixing bugs, performance problems, and bottlenecks in the platform.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, sharing expertise to elevate the technical bar within the team.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • A proven track record of building high-performance, scalable web applications.
  • Familiarity with component-based architecture and state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
  • A strong understanding of browser performance optimizations and best practices.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
  • Proficiency in version control (GIT) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or similar for writing and maintaining unit tests.
  • A keen sense of UI/UX design, with an eye for creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
