Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating engaging content for Meta platforms with a proven ability to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media content strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Create high-quality engaging and visually appealing content tailored for Facebook and Instagram while working with the design team and the brand face.
  • Plan and manage content calendars ensuring timely and consistent posting.
  • Collaborate with the team to align content with overall marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content generating insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends best practices and platform updates in social media marketing.
  • Engage with the audience responding to comments messages and interactions in a timely manner.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective content types and strategies.
  • Manage relationships with influencers partners and external vendors as needed.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in social media content creation specifically for Meta platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic photography and videography principles.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content.
