Senior Visual Communications Specialist

Earthful is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to manage all brand collateral and editing work. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and make a significant impact on our visual identity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including website banners, packaging design, social media static posts, carousels, leaflets, etc.
- Creating engaging content for our website, ensuring alignment with our brand language.
- Developing new packaging designs as well as editing and iterating on existing packaging.
- Designing creatives and campaigns that capture the essence of our brand.
- Utilizing AI image generation tools to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Maintaining high aesthetic standards across all visual communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of packaging design principles.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image editing.
- A keen eye for detail and a sense of aesthetics.
- Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (a plus).
