As a key member of the EU 3P Compliance team, you will play a vital role in enabling sellers to seamlessly expand their businesses on Amazon's global marketplace. With over a million sellers worldwide, this platform provides unprecedented opportunities for growth and development.
The ABACUS logistics service is designed to simplify cross-border trade by providing brokerage assistance through partner management teams. By utilizing this service, existing and new Amazon sellers can boost their sales on the platform while removing the complexities of international shipping and customs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include contacting sellers to fast-track their onboarding process, providing white-glove support to book their first shipment, and continuously monitoring their activity to increase shipping frequency.
In addition, you will maintain strong relationships with sellers, assist with any blockers, and provide a great seller experience. This includes managing key improvement initiatives and projects, driving new product launches, and tracking performance using appropriate metrics.
A typical day will involve driving seller engagement, ensuring friction-free selling on Amazon platforms, and retaining sellers to book subsequent shipments. You will work closely with various internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback, and suggest process improvements to enhance seller experience.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with sellers, and a keen understanding of EU compliance regulations. A graduate degree in any field or proficiency in German (B2.2 or C1 level) is preferred.
