Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Creative Design Manager who will be responsible for leading our design team. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio and excellent leadership skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Collaboration: Work directly with the product marketing team to brainstorm and produce high-quality artwork across digital and print formats.
  2. Execution: Be hands-on and responsible for producing creative work quickly and efficiently, demonstrating the ability to execute ideas independently from concept through final output.
  3. Concept Development: Independently plan and develop creative concepts by studying brand guidelines and analyzing industry competitors.
  4. Project Management: Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all design deliverables consistently meet quality standards and partner school guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency or startup setting.
  • Proficient in online and print design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Advanced skills with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience and interest in integrating AI into daily design work.
  • Fluent in English, with strong conversational skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
