Talentgigs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our AI team. We are offering a competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented developer with deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Python. In this role, you will develop and optimize AI-driven solutions to address complex business challenges, working closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver state-of-the-art applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement NLP solutions, designing, building, and optimizing NLP models for various applications, including language understanding, question-answering, and sentiment analysis.
  • Apply and fine-tune large language models, optimizing them for performance, accuracy, and scalability in real-world scenarios.
  • Implement RAG-based systems to enhance model performance by integrating external knowledge sources.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code in Python, with a focus on performance, scalability, and code readability.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, and RAG; experiment with novel techniques to improve AI capabilities.
  • Work with engineering teams to deploy and integrate models into production environments, ensuring reliability and robustness.
  • Collaborate with data teams to manage and preprocess large datasets, optimize data pipelines, and ensure data quality for AI models.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 7+ years in AI/ML development, with a focus on NLP and large language models.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong expertise in Python and relevant NLP/ML libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK, or similar).
    • Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.) and techniques for fine-tuning and optimizing language models.
    • Proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and related technologies.
    • Machine Learning Knowledge: Solid understanding of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with model training, tuning, and optimization.
