At Coforge, we are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead - Full Stack to lead our dynamic team of engineers. This role requires a strong technical background in software development and architecture, with a focus on technical leadership and client-facing experience.

Technical Leadership

The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance and scale the engineering team through expertise in distributed systems architecture, coding, operational excellence, and software development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Specifications: Support the design and creation of technical specifications for development projects of medium to major complexity.
  • Spring Framework: Demonstrate expertise in Spring Boot, MVC architecture, Spring Data, Hibernate, Restful Web Services, and API development.
  • User Interfaces: Design and implement responsive user interfaces with React.js.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Leverage multiple years of direct client-facing experience working in an onsite-offshore model.
Preferred Skills:
  • Microservices Architecture: Expertise in designing and architecting microservice-based Java applications.
  • Unit Testing: Experience with unit testing using JUnit and mock objects.
  • Agile Methodology: Strong focus on Agile methodology.
  • Cloud Technologies: Strong knowledge in implementing, securing, capacity planning, and performance tuning solutions deployed to cloud technologies like Azure (ACS, AKS), or similar cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Cloud Foundry.
  • DevOps: Experience with DevOps and GitHub Actions is a plus.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or engineering.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in building customer-focused applications with a strong foundation in backend, frontend, and DevOps technologies.
