We are seeking a skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality web experiences that drive conversions and engagement.

About the role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a creative and technically proficient individual who can work closely with our Marketing team to produce engaging online experiences for our leads and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze conversion, traffic, bounce and other metrics to provide directional suggestions to the team.
  • Design innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your observations and learning.
  • Work closely with content, design and product teams to ensure seamless execution of web projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the field.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings and ever-changing trends.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and social and external platform tracking.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
