We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Application Specialist to lead our APEX application development team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Forms, Reports, and Master-Detail Forms, as well as expertise in Custom Authentication Schemes and Single Sign-On.

A strong understanding of Packages is required for this role, which involves working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders. The successful applicant will also have expertise in APEX APIs and Collections, Dynamic Actions, AJAX Callback Processes, Interactive Grids, and Customizations, Restful Web Services, Templates, and the latest versions of Oracle APEX.

Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills, as well as knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, are essential for success in this position.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop Oracle APEX applications that meet the needs of our stakeholders;
    • Maintain and improve existing applications to ensure they remain secure and efficient;
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle APEX solutions with other systems;
    • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality of Oracle APEX applications;
    • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle APEX applications.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle APEX application development;
  • Expert-level knowledge of Oracle APEX, including forms, reports, master-detail forms, custom authentication schemes, single sign-on, packages, APEX APIs, collections, dynamic actions, AJAX callback processes, interactive grids, customizations, restful web services, templates, and the latest versions of Oracle APEX;
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills;
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and version control systems such as Git;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
