Project Manager for Oracle EBS Implementation

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex Oracle EBS projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and support engagements, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Oracle EBS project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets that meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including functional and technical consultants.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders, fostering open communication and transparency.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, minimizing potential delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Foster effective collaboration among project team members and clients, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
  • Manage project scope, change requests, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on Oracle EBS best practices and methodologies, enhancing team performance and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with a strong emphasis on project management and leadership.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in managing Oracle EBS projects, with a proven track record of success and client satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules and functionalities, as well as industry-specific business processes and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and quality control.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on building high-performing teams and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong emphasis on adaptability and continuous learning.

Desirable Skills

  • Oracle EBS certifications, such as Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and R12.2 versions, as well as other enterprise software solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
