Technical Accounting Senior Manager Opportunity

We seek a seasoned accounting professional to lead our client-facing projects and develop junior staff. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build on your existing accounting experience while working with complex financial projects that add value to clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading crucial meetings with clients, coaching and mentoring junior staff, and delivering high-quality work products. You will also have the opportunity to enhance your brand, increase your level of expertise in multiple areas, and contribute to business development efforts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading client-facing projects and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products
  • Coaching and mentoring junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Reviewing and enhancing work processes to improve efficiency and quality
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Adding value through complex transaction analyses and consulting on generally accepted accounting principles

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of public accounting and industry experience required (minimum of 3 years in public accounting)
  • Rated top 25% of Big Four class, CPA license preferred
  • 3 or more years of prior experience managing teams and owning their work product
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required
