Job Opportunity: Lead Automotive Engineer

Location: Bangalore, India

Education Required:

Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.

Work Experience Needed:

3-6 years in the engineering services industry with a focus on body shop fixture design, 3D/2D modeling, and equipment validation.

Experience with PLM, Team Centre, NX, and process planning is an added advantage. Proficiency in Python and C# programming languages is also beneficial.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop body shop fixtures for automotive manufacturing.

2. Develop product knowledge and process expertise in body shop assembly processes.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of designs.

4. Mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.

5. Foster a team-oriented culture that promotes innovation and collaboration.
