Job Title: Automation Technical Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our automation group, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining automated test scripts using various tools such as Selenium, Java, Jenkins, and Bamboo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, execute and monitor automation scripts and update existing automation test suites.
  • Work closely with offshore and onshore teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Ensure that tests are successfully completed and documented, and all problems are resolved.
Requirements:
  • Must have minimum 1-2 years' experience in automation testing using Playwright and Java.
  • Total 5-8 years of automation testing experience (preferably in Selenium Java).
  • Must have strong analytical skills, reporting and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to setup, build and test automation framework and not just add to existing framework.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experienced in developing automated test scripts with Playwright, Java, TestNG, Junit frameworks.
  • Experienced in using BDD framework.
  • Experience in executing the automated tests on Cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience in using version control tools like Git.
  • Strong experience setting up CI/CD pipeline with tools like Jenkins.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages like Java.
  • Experience in working with Agile teams.
