Senior Interior Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior interior designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design-focused with attention to detail and technical skill
  • Ability to balance multiple project commitments, sectors, and deadlines
  • Collaborate with the Director and project teams to develop and advance the design agenda of each project

About This Role:

  1. Understand the design project and manage deliverables to meet target deadlines
  2. Prepare and develop drawings, models, images, material & mood boards, and other documents relating to the design
  3. Coordinate the internal design team for the project and take responsibility for the development of the design for key project stages
  4. Liaise with members of the external design team and other associated organisations or companies as required

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, VRAY/Enscape/Blender, and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and building finish products suitable for residential projects

Qualifications:

  • Industry-recognised diploma or degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • Ability to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion
  • Integration of design requirements with architecture and use of various media in the development and documentation of a design project
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage sensitive and confidential information, and flexible attitude towards new ways of working
