About the Role:

The role involves leading end-to-end diagnostics across plants and value streams, baselining key performance indicators (KPIs), and prioritizing value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver programs to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Shape roadmaps and implement digital solutions such as MES/SCADA/historian, IoT/edge, and digital twins.
  • Build business cases and models to present to executives and drive change on the shop floor through client building.
  • Orchestrate multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners.
  • Coach and manage consulting teams, contribute to proposals, and engage in thought leadership.

  • Experience in manufacturing, innovation, strategy, operations, or technology domains.
