Job Overview: We seek a skilled professional to manage release management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

You will:

  • Design and manage Salesforce DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).
  • Work with Git-based version control (branching, merging, pull requests).
  • Automate deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs.
  • Collaborate with developers and admins for smooth release cycles.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance.
  • Implement DevOps best practices for scalability, governance, and security.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Git workflows and repository management.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and management (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata, SFDX, and change sets.
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms and Linux-based environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Bonus: Salesforce/DevOps-related certifications.
