About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual identity and create premium designs that connect with consumers and foster brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.Lead the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.Mentor junior designers and freelancers; provide creative direction and feedback.Stay on top of design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • A strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
