We are seeking a seasoned Content Editor and Team Lead to oversee our content team. The successful candidate will have exceptional editing skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the content team to guarantee a smooth workflow, meet deadlines consistently, and deliver top-notch content aligned with client requirements.
  • Edit, proofread, and refine all insurance-related blogs to uphold the highest editorial standards.
  • Maintain accuracy, compliance, and structural integrity in all content while adhering to client tone and insurance-specific guidelines.
  • Monitor team productivity, set clear objectives, and ensure timely completion of insurance-focused content.
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers to enhance overall writing quality on insurance topics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client deliverables and internal coordination.
  • Manage last-minute requirements and facilitate swift adaptation within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Content Editor/Senior Content Writer/Team Lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail, particularly in insurance-related content.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Sound understanding of insurance blogs, SEO fundamentals, and content structuring.
  • Prior industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
