SAP Test Management Lead

\

This position offers the opportunity to lead a team of testers and oversee the entire test management lifecycle for various projects and releases in an SAP environment.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Develop and implement test strategies and plans for project managers.\
  • Manage and coordinate test activities across different phases, including stakeholder communication and coordination.\
  • Maintain traceability from business requirements to executed test scenarios within chosen test tools.\
  • Guide and direct project management on test activities.\
  • Ensure all test artefacts are stored and managed efficiently in designated test tools.\
  • Oversee tester management and enable them to create/deliver test cases in assigned tools.\
  • Track test progress for preparation and execution.\
  • Use designated Test Management tools for creation of Test plans/packages and assignment of test cases.\
  • Defect handling and continuous improvement.\
  • Provide test management support to other test managers.\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at different testing phases to ensure successful project delivery.\
  • Cultivate a culture of quality and excellence within the testing team.\
  • Demonstrate expertise in Release testing lifecycle, test case creation, repository management, testing enablement, and execution strategies.\
  • Showcase proficiency in SAP Solution Manager (SXP Test Suite), Worksoft Certify, PowerBI, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, Signavio Integration, and Jira.\
