This role is ideal for those looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment and HR field, while working with a dynamic company that values innovation and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
  • Help in maintaining and updating the candidate database.
  • Provide administrative support during recruitment campaigns and assist in organizing recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand the hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Assist in preparing job descriptions, posting on job portals, and updating career pages.

Qualifications & Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
BASIC understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Interest in the influencer marketing and content commerce industry is desirable.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
