Financial Operations Specialist

Elevate your career in accounting with our dynamic team. As a highly skilled accountant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations across multiple client accounts.
You will oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in line with client deadlines. Additionally, you will prepare and review financial statements, including Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements, in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, or relevant local accounting standards.
We are seeking an individual who is proficient in executing regular bank reconciliations, processing bank transactions, and applying credit memos across AP and AR accounts to ensure effective cash management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounting operations across multiple client accounts, including AP, AR, journal entries, and payroll journals.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Execute regular bank reconciliations, process bank transactions, and apply credit memos across AP and AR accounts.
- Strong accounting knowledge, including GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
