Entry Level Data Processor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Entry Level Data Processor to join our team. As a key member of our data processing team, you will be responsible for gathering and organizing data from various sources, identifying relevant information, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role
  • Gather invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
  • Scan through information to identify pertinent data.
  • Correct errors and organize the information to optimize swift and accurate capturing.
  • Create accurate spreadsheets.
  • Enter and update information into relevant databases.
  • Ensure data is backed up.
  • Inform relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
  • Store hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
  • Handle additional duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Office.
  • Earn certifications in these skills.

Duration and Eligibility

This internship is available for full-time candidates who can commit to working in-office. You must be available to start between August 28th and October 2nd and complete the duration of three months. The selected candidate will receive a certificate upon completion of the internship period.
