Establishing Global Brand Presence

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our brand's digital growth. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that establishes us as a recognized US brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive business outcomes.
- Drive performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Create and execute content and social media strategies (organic + paid) that resonate with the US audience.
- Plan and optimize SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and email campaigns for lead generation.
- Build brand authority from scratch through compelling storytelling, campaigns, and community engagement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and deliverables.
About You:
- Proven 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of campaigns targeting US markets.
- Demonstrated success in building brands from scratch (preferably for startups or new categories).
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and influencer partnerships.
- Strong grasp of analytics, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.
- Creative storyteller with the ability to connect with a global audience.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours (US time zone). Experience in wellness, lifestyle, or astrology domains is a plus but not mandatory.
