Role Summary

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will oversee the translation of complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into scalable, optimized solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business goals and aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes.
  • Managing expectations, anticipating risks, and driving high client satisfaction and adoption.

Operational Excellence

  • Overseeing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Managing team workload and assignments for projects.
  • Ensuring delivery meets quality standards and provides measurable return on investment.
  • Contributing to the refinement of internal methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Skilled in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning.
  • Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is required.

Adaptive Planning certification is mandatory.
