Job Description

We invite applications for the planning team at our Bangalore office.

Key Tasks
  • Develop and manage project schedules and programs.
  • Create tender and BOI schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and update program accordingly.
  • Supervise contractor's work progress and assess resource adequacy.
  • Propose plans for accelerating work and managing documentation.
  • Support the project manager in compiling monthly reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in the construction industry, with 3-5 years in a planning role.
  • Preference given to candidates with hotel project planning experience.
  • Strong MS Project skills (Primavera knowledge an advantage).
  • Familiarity with civil construction principles.
  • Ability to review and understand drawings.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
