Cloud Infrastructure Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure and services.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Ceph, ZFS, and NFS storage technologies.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing distributed storage systems for use across hybrid and cloud-native environments
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to storage, networking, and container orchestration systems
- Implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting for infrastructure using tools like Prometheus
- Participating in on-call rotation and incident response
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
- Solid experience managing NFS servers and performance tuning
- Preferred knowledge of Kubernetes internals, networking, and cluster lifecycle management
- Experience with container runtimes (Docker, containerd), Helm, etc.
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
- Knowledge of CSI storage drivers and volume provisioning in Kubernetes
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering
This role involves working with customer engineering teams on a wide variety of cloud projects, including migration, containerization, and transformation initiatives.
Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, PCI, ITAR, etc.) is a plus.
