Job Title: RME Manager

The key objective of this role is to oversee the smooth operation of our facilities, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.

About This Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our maintenance team in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations, including planning, implementation, and execution.

This position requires strong leadership skills, as you will be leading a team of maintenance technicians and 3rd party facilities service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective Preventive Maintenance routines on equipment to minimize downtime and maximize performance.
  2. Collaborate with the Operations teams to manage day-to-day issues on equipment, prioritize tasks, and organize workload.
  3. Responsible for building housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized workspace within 5S standards.

You will have opportunities to grow and develop your skills, working closely with the Safety team to improve safety on site and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's Safety Policy and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
