Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design comprehensive email security architectures, including encryption, anti-phishing, anti-spam, and threat detection solutions.
  • Work closely with IT and network teams for seamless implementation and maintenance of email security systems.
  • Provide fourth-tier support to resolve highly complex email security issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
