Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Product Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting exceptional user experiences for consumer-facing products.

Main Responsibilities
  • User Research: Conduct thorough user research such as interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitive analysis to gain valuable insights into user needs and pain points.
  • Collaborative Design Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define design goals, create user personas, and outline product requirements.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Design both low and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and solutions clearly.
  • UI Design: Use Figma to craft visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent user interfaces that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • User-Centered Design: Apply user-centered design principles throughout the product development process, ensuring the end product is easy to use, engaging, and addresses user pain points.
  • Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner closely with developers to ensure design concepts are translated accurately and to troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation.
  • Design Reviews: Present design ideas and solutions to key stakeholders, actively incorporate feedback, and iterate to refine and improve the final product.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design, preferably with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing products that demonstrate your process and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven expertise in UX research techniques such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis, with the ability to apply research insights to inform design decisions.
  • Strong visual design skills and the ability to craft engaging, functional, and accessible user interfaces that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and how to translate user insights into actionable design solutions that improve the user experience.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • A critical thinker who can approach complex design challenges with creativity and a user-first mentality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in designing for both mobile and web platforms.
  • Previous work in consumer technology sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, health, or entertainment is a plus.
